When I first discovered Havening Techniques®, I wasn’t seeking a new modality. I was simply trying to heal.But what I experienced in those first few sessions changed everything.I felt safer in my body. Quieter in my mind. Clearer in my emotions. Years of stored stress and emotional residue began to gently shift - not through force, but through presence.The science behind it made perfect sense to me, but it was the gentleness of the process that truly moved me. For the first time, healing felt both effective and deeply kind.
That experience led me to train as a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner - and eventually, to become a Certified Trainer so I could share this work with others who were also seeking something deeper. Since then, I’ve had the honour of supporting hundreds of clients through emotional healing, and training practitioners across Australia and around the world.I bring both clarity and compassion to my teaching. I believe that understanding the neuroscience is just as important as embodying the method - and I’m committed to guiding practitioners in a way that feels safe, empowering, and true to who they are.
This work changed my life - and now, it’s my greatest honour to help others carry it forward.
