About House of Delta

Transforming Lives Through Healing and Empowerment

House of Delta is a training and development hub for practitioners who want to work with healing at depth.

Grounded in Havening Techniques® and neuroscience informed practice, House of Delta supports therapists, coaches, and practitioners to understand how real change happens and how to facilitate that change safely, ethically, and effectively.

This is not surface level training. It is education designed to support confident, grounded practice.

Our mission is to train practitioners to understand how healing actually happens, so they can support change that is both meaningful and lasting.

House of Delta exists to bridge neuroscience, psychosensory work, and practical application in real world client settings.

Behind the name "House of Delta"

The name Delta comes from the Greek alphabet and symbolises change.

The uppercase delta (Δ) represents significant transformation.
The lowercase delta (δ) represents the small, incremental shifts that build over time.

Together, they reflect how healing actually occurs. Through both meaningful breakthroughs and steady, embodied change.

Delta brainwaves are also central to Havening Techniques®. These brainwaves are associated with rest, regulation, and emotional processing, aligning directly with the neuroscience underpinning this work.

The House

The House represents both community and containment.

It is a place for learning, mentorship, and shared practice, as well as a reminder that each practitioner builds their own internal foundation for safe, ethical work.

House of Delta is for:

  • therapists and counsellors

  • coaches and facilitators

  • body based and somatic practitioners

  • professionals seeking trauma informed tools

  • those wanting to integrate Havening Techniques® into existing practice

Training is offered across Australia and online, making it accessible regardless of location.

What we value

  • neuroscience informed practice

  • trauma informed care

  • ethical facilitation

  • practitioner confidence and support

  • integration over performance

House of Delta is committed to education that respects both the client and the practitioner.

Founded by Elle Louise Mcbride

House of Delta was founded by Elle Louise McBride, a trauma informed Havening Techniques® Practitioner and Trainer.

Elle’s journey with Havening began in 2016 through her own lived experience. That personal transformation led her to pursue extensive training and eventually become a certified trainer, mentoring practitioners across Australia and internationally.

With a background in corporate training, facilitation, and practitioner education, Elle brings clarity, structure, and grounded mentorship to her teaching. Her work focuses on helping practitioners understand not just what to do, but why it works.
